Software studio for small agencies and service teams

Connect the tools your agency already uses, and build the parts that are missing

Neorimia designs, builds and maintains workflow automations, integrations and custom web apps for small teams across Europe. Fewer manual handoffs, clearer client operations, and systems someone actually looks after.

Where small teams lose time

The same client data, typed three times

a new client fills in a form; someone copies it into the CRM, then the project board, then a shared folder.

Automations nobody fully understands

a freelancer built a few Zaps or scenarios a while ago; they mostly work until a field changes and leads quietly stop arriving.

Too many tools, no single view for the client

status lives in one app, files in another, approvals in email.

What Neorimia builds

Workflow Automation & Integrations

We map how work moves through your team, then connect your forms, CRM, project management, email and reporting, so client data is entered once, not twice.

Data entered once, with clear ownership of each automation and alerts when something fails.

Custom Web Apps & Client Portals

When off-the-shelf tools stop fitting, we build focused web apps: client portals, internal dashboards, and booking or intake flows tied to your stack.

One place for clients and staff to see status, files and requests.

Performance & Ongoing Maintenance

We keep websites, apps and automations updated, monitored and backed up, fix what breaks, and document the systems so no one person has to remember them.

Fewer surprises, documented systems and a named person responsible for them.

Guides we test before we publish

We publish practical guides and videos on automating agency operations, connecting apps and choosing between SaaS and self-hosted tools. Each guide is based on a workflow we build and run ourselves. We note the test date and tool versions, show the full cost including hosting and maintenance, and list what can go wrong. When a tool changes, we update the guide and record what changed.

How we work

01

Diagnose

We map how work moves through your team today: which tools you use, where data gets retyped, and what breaks when someone is away. Clear scope before anything is built.

02

Design

We document the target workflow: integrations, data ownership, alerts, and what “done” looks like. Technical decisions are written down so nothing relies on tribal knowledge.

03

Build and test

We connect your systems or build the missing pieces: no-code, APIs, or custom code as needed. We test happy paths and failure modes before handoff.

04

Maintain

We keep websites, apps, and automations updated, monitored, and documented. You have a named person responsible when something stops working.

Who's behind Neorimia

Neorimia is a software studio led by Gabriel Cruceanu, a senior fullstack developer with about ten years of web development experience, including enterprise Angular work, custom web applications and SaaS products. He builds with Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL, and runs infrastructure with Docker and Cloudflare. For projects that need additional expertise, Neorimia works with trusted specialists.

How we verify what we publish

We build and test every workflow, tool comparison and decision guide ourselves before publishing. Each guide lists the date it was tested and the tool versions used at that time. When something changes (a tool updates, a price changes, a workflow breaks), we update the guide and log the change in its changelog rather than silently editing it.

How we use AI

Scripts and first drafts may be produced with AI assistance. A developer who personally built and tested the workflow reviews and approves every guide and video before publication. AI does not decide what we recommend.
